I called Buhrle Plumbing to help out with a shower remodel that I had originally intended to do by myself. I had them come out to raise the height of the shower head. When Matt showed up, he didn’t just do the work I asked of him. He replaced substandard parts he found as he worked. He also took the time to talk with me about the rest of the job, giving me advice about several things I needed to do.

Matt’s price was fair and his work was a tremendous value. I had him come back and finish some other parts of the shower that I didn’t want to do myself. Everything turned out perfect!

We first called Matt to come out and give us an estimate on installing a new water heater in our home. He was frank and open about what he saw. He explained things to us and gave us some options for the work that needed to be done. He did not seem to try and push or sell one product over another, but he gave his opinion when asked about them.

Matt was very timely. He showed up when he said that would and put in the necessary time to get the job taken care of. He was very clean and always picked up his mess; we never had to clean up after him or his employees. The best part is that we have not had a problem with the plumbing since the work was done.
